Acuity Scheduling is by far our favorite scheduler on the market. It’s customizable, syncs with Google Calendar, you can embed it on your site and you can even have clients pay right as they schedule an appointment with you. There is a free version, but we suggest upgrading to get customization, so your scheduler can be on brand.
Haute stock is our favorite place to find gorgeous photos to use in our social media and on our site. It’s also what we recommend to clients as well. Rachel’s stock library is huge and you’re definitely going to be able to find a color palette that matches your brand perfectly. Plus, she has new photos coming out all of the time and is constantly out doing herself!
Siteground is what we use to host our website. It’s very reasonably priced, reliable and the support team is excellent. We switched to it earlier this year and never looked back!
TryInteract.com is an awesome tool that allows you to create quizzes that grow your email list! They also have features that allow you to create polls and giveaways too which is so fun – people love quizzes, giveaways and polls, so these things are always a hit!
ConvertKit is hands down our favorite email marketing platform and a great marketing tool to grow your list. It was built for creatives and that’s why we love it. Leadpages has skyrocketed our opt-in conversion rate. It’s a landing page builder that integrates with ConvertKit, and other tools and email marketing platforms, seamlessly. Plus, it’s so simple to use. We always suggest it to our clients who are really looking for conversions and growth.
SmarterQueue is what we use for scheduling Facebook Page, Facebook Group and Twitter Posts. We love it because it makes putting out consistent content a breeze with it’s re-queue feature. It recycles your content so you don’t have to constantly be creating new social media posts! Saves a ton of time and keeps you as visible as possible on social media.
Later is our favorite Instagram scheduler, and trust us, we’ve tried most, if not, all of them! It’s completely free for up to 30 posts/month, which is perfect because we recommend a minimum of 1 post per day on Instagram. We also love their link.in.bio feature that is included with paid accounts.
Tailwind is number one when it comes to Pinterest scheduling, especially with the recent shut down of Board Booster. Pinterest is such an important part of any social media strategy because it drives free traffic back to your site and other social media platforms. Tailwind has boosted our profile views and traffic to our site by insane numbers. Plus, they now offer Tailwind Tribes, which means more people sharing your content!
