Social Media Analytics are such an important piece of the puzzle when it comes to success on social media. They give you valuable insight to help you plan and adjust your overall social media strategy. We’ve tried a lot of analytics tools, so today we are sharing some of our favorites for each platform.
There are so many incredible analytics tools for Instagram. You could spend an entire day just trying out different tools, so we tested a lot of them so you don’t have to.
Native Instagram Analytics: If you have an Instagram Business Account, you’ll be able to access the analytics native to the platform. To access your analytics, go to your profile and click on 3 bars on the top right. Click “insights.”
Command App for Instagram: This is an iPhone app that I have loved for analytics since day 1. It gives you so much great information including when to post, top posts, top hashtags, follower growth, engagement and more.
Iconosquare: We love Iconosquare as a scheduler here at Socially Boutique, but it also has incredible analytics including follower evolution, impressions, engagement and reach. As well as top performing posts, story engagements and more.
Native Facebook Analytics: You can access some analytics directly on your Facebook business page, however, I like to go to analytics.facebook.com to get the most information.
SmarterQueue: SmarterQueue is a great scheduling option for Facebook and a great way to automate your Facebook and Twitter. It also provides detailed analytics when I want to dive deeper into how a certain post performed.
Native Pinterest Analytics: Again, the native analytics win out. You can access your native analytics by having a business account and going to analytics.pinterest.com. The native analytics give you all the information you need to figure out how to improve your overall social media strategy including audience insights, top pins and saves and clicks from your website.
Tailwind: Tailwind also gives you insights to how your pins are performing, the virality of your pin, engagement rate, board insights and more.
Native Twitter Analytics: My favorite Twitter Analytics are the ones that are Native to the platform. To access your Twitter analytics, go to analytics.twitter.com and login to your Twitter account.
SmarterQueue: Just like Facebook, SmarterQueue allows you to see detailed analytics on a post by post basis.
